Seventh Son Beijing

Drawn from the courtyard traditions of Beijing, an interior that moves between openness and enclosure with the quiet confidence of architecture that knows its origins.

Conceived around the spatial logic of a traditional Beijing courtyard, the restaurant organises itself around a central open volume from which more private dining spaces radiate. Circulation unfolds as covered pathways, drawing guests through a sequence of thresholds that shift in scale and atmosphere as they move deeper into the restaurant. Stone, glazed ceramic and woven metal bring material depth to each space, grounding a celebrated Cantonese kitchen in the architectural language of its new home.
