Conceived around the spatial logic of a traditional Beijing courtyard, the restaurant organises itself around a central open volume from which more private dining spaces radiate. Circulation unfolds as covered pathways, drawing guests through a sequence of thresholds that shift in scale and atmosphere as they move deeper into the restaurant. Stone, glazed ceramic and woven metal bring material depth to each space, grounding a celebrated Cantonese kitchen in the architectural language of its new home.
